It would be hard to beat the quality of quotes used in this cryptogram book. I've been solving cryptogram puzzles almost daily for about 15 years. Over the years, I've finished books by most of Steele's competitors. Some of those were terrific, but many were full of boring quotes that really weren't funny or profound--just rather dumb. I can't say that about Steele's compilation at all. She has gathered meaningful quotes and has provided a range from easy to difficult puzzles. In addition, the print is easy to read and there is plenty of room for solving the puzzles. I'd recommend any cryptogram book by Kim Steele.Product details

Great book. I like the layout of the clues and also has room to write letters. That’s a plus.
A gift for my oldest son who does cryptograms as a form of relaxation. This collection of quotes from "influential people" appealed to him.
I like to work cryptograms before I go to sleep. These are especially fun for me because the sayings are from famous people. It took forever to learn how to solve cryptograms. A patient co-worker showed me how to solve them and slowly I caught on. Now, it's no longer a struggle; but a challenge. These are normal sayings. No one is trying to tie your brain in knots!
These are great puzzles and I work at least one every day. They are definitely challenging, and I say that as a long-time cryptogram fanatic. I worked through a previous book by the same person and wish she had more in the pipeline.
Just finished the puzzles so now I'm ready for another one. After I've solved a puzzle, I may reread it several times. There's a TON of wisdom in this book. I find myself thinking of some of the quotes throughout the day. Well done!
Addictive! The quotes are worth ferreting out, and the puzzles are challenging but (mostly) not impossible. I love it and return to it daily.
Nice content. Well known quoters.Lots of room between the lines to write. Probably on the easy side as I haven't looked at the hint section after solving the first twenty-two. I would have preferred a spiral back vs. bound.
